The Town of Lampman is offering the following properties for sale by sealed tender.

All properties are sold “as is, where is.”

Tender Submission Requirements

All tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“Property Tender – Tax Title Property – [ADDRESS OF PROPERTY YOU WISH TO TENDER]”

Important Dates & Conditions

  • Tender Deadline: 4:00 PM, Monday, June 15th, 2026

  • Deposit Required: 5% of tender amount (certified cheque payable to Town of Lampman MUST accompany submission)

  • Condition: Highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted

  • Payment Terms: Successful bidder must provide balance within 10 days of acceptance
