Honoring Our
Community Members

In a community like Lampman, so much of what makes this place run smoothly — and feel like home— comes from the people working quietly behind the scenes. Stacy Enanoria is one of those people, and her impact reaches further than most of us ever see.

Since October 2024, Stacy has served as our Recreation Director, and in that time she has become a steady, caring presence at the heart of our community. Whether she’s organizing events that bring people together or keeping the Rink Kitchen running, she approaches every task with dedication and pride. It’s not just about getting things done—it’s about creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and make memories.

Spend even a few minutes around Stacy, and one thing becomes clear: her positivity is something special. She has a way of finding the bright side in nearly any situation and sharing that outlook with everyone around her. Colleagues and community members alike often describe her as a true ray of sunshine—and it’s easy to see why. That energy doesn’t just make the workplace better; it lifts the spirit of the entire town.

Her pride in her work is unmistakable—it’s reflected in every detail she touches. She’s genuinely excited about how the Sportsman’s Dinner is coming together for October 3, 2026, and that enthusiasm is infectious. The dedication she’s poured into transforming the rink kitchen—and the rink as a whole—has completely reshaped the space, giving it new energy and purpose.

At the same time, she’s brought that same level of care and commitment to revitalizing the campgrounds and pool for the summer, creating welcoming spaces where people are eager to gather and connect. She’s especially proud of the transformation of the Community Complex, a reflection of the heart, effort, and vision she invests in everything she does—helping build something the entire community can enjoy.

When asked about her proudest moment, she points without hesitation to the Sportsman’s Banquet on October 3, 2026. What began as a vision is steadily coming to life, piece by piece, and in ways that have surpassed even her own expectations.

Even beyond the workplace, Stacy is always giving back—often volunteering with the Lions Club and the Legion. And on the rare occasion she takes a well-earned “me day,” she’s usually at home with her cats, watching the Blue Jays or mapping out her next girls’ night.

We’re truly grateful to have Stacy as part of the Town of Lampman team. Her hard work, kindness, and unwavering positivity help make our community stronger, more connected, and a better place to call home.

A few quick favourites:

  • Favourite sports team: Toronto Blue Jays

  • Favourite surprise treat: Pepsi Zero, Ginger Ale Peach Mango, or Mini Eggss

  • Favorite way to unwind or spend a day off: watching the Blue Jays (hopefully winning!) while curled up with her cats

It’s Stacy Appreciation Month; so, swing by the office to celebrate her—bring a treat, a card, a hug, or just some good conversation about everything she’s done for our town.

Because the truth is, what Stacy has given to this community can’t really be measured in hours or tasks or titles. It lives in the quiet ways she shows up—on the hard days, the busy days, and the days no one else notices. It’s in the kindness she offers without hesitation, the steady support she gives without ever asking for recognition, and the way she somehow makes people feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Our town is stronger, warmer, and more connected because of her. There are countless moments—big and small—that carry her fingerprints, even if her name isn’t attached. And while she may never ask for thanks, she deserves to feel just how deeply she is appreciated.

So, let’s take the time to remind her: what she does matters, who she is matters, and we are all better because she’s part of this community.

If you know someone who does a lot for our community and deserves to be recognized—whether they believe it or not—please take a moment to fill out our Spotlight Nomination Form. Completed forms can be returned via email or dropped off at the office. All nominations will be added to our recognition list for consideration.
