From cherished memories and local legends to the everyday moments that shaped our community, Memory Lane is a digital storytelling project dedicated to preserving the history, voices, and experiences of the Town of Lampman.

Through the Memory KPRS (Memory Keepers) platform, residents and visitors alike can discover the people, places, and moments that make Lampman special.

By scanning QR codes throughout town or visiting the Memory KPRS website, you'll be able to:

• Listen to audio recordings connected to locations around Lampman.

• Read personal memories, historical stories, and community experiences.

• Learn about the people, businesses, events, and traditions that helped shape our community.

• Explore Lampman's history through an interactive audio experience.

Whether you grew up here, recently arrived, or are simply passing through, we hope these stories create a deeper connection to our community and inspire an appreciation for the generations who have called Lampman home.

Volunteer Voice Recorders Wanted!​

​

​Help bring Lampman's stories to life.

We are seeking volunteers interested in lending their voices to create an immersive audio experience for Memory Lane. These recordings will allow residents and visitors to hear the stories of Lampman told by the people who know and love the community best.

If you enjoy storytelling, reading aloud, or preserving local history, we'd love to have you involved.

No professional experience is required—just a clear voice and a passion for community storytelling.

Release and Consent Information​

​To ensure stories and materials are shared according to your wishes, contributors are asked to complete a consent form indicating whether they consent to:

• Sharing written stories and memories

• Publishing photographs and historical materials

• Recording and sharing audio narration

• Using their voice as part of the Memory Lane listening experience

Please complete and submit the appropriate Memory Lane Consent Form when providing stories, photographs, or participating in audio recordings.

Together, we can preserve Lampman's past, celebrate its people, and share the stories that make our community one of a kind for generations to come.
